Yarrawonga Mulwala Swimming Club member Millie Dodd placed third in the 11 and under 50m Backstroke final at the 2020 Victorian Sprint Championships on Sunday, March 1.
Millie also competed in the final of the 11 and Under 50m Freestyle and Butterfly finishing 10th and 7th respectively.
Victoria’s best swimmers over 50m competed at the Victorian Sprint Championships held at the State Swimming Centre in Melbourne on February 29 and March 1.
Among them were 11 competitors representing the Yarrawonga Mulwala Swimming Club.
93 swimming clubs competed with Yarrawonga Mulwala sending the biggest team from the Ovens and Murray District.
Swimmers competed in 22 individual events and 3 finals recording 13 individual personal best (PB) times and 19 swims ranked inside the top 100.
Individual swimmers were Bella Bridgeman, Eva Cummins, Millie Dodd, Flynn Fletcher, Freya Fletcher, Annabel Hart, Chelsea Kerr, Darby Mullins, Hugh Mullins, Isobelle Nagle and Ruby Thomas.
