The event was organised by Finley Apex Club with the assistance of several local organisations.
More than 850 had arrived by Friday evening to get the weekend off to a good start.
“This event is well run by the Apex Club and of both social and financial benefit to the community,” Apex spokesperson Brad Good said.
“Finley High, Finley Public and St Joseph’s Schools, Cobram Apex, Finley’s Pistol and Golf Clubs, Biralee Preschool, the Show Society, Little Athletics, Finley Football and Netball Club and the Recreation Reserve all assist in different ways and benefit financially for their support.”
Safety precautions are taken seriously with medics on site and about 16 to 20 security personnel on hand over the weekend.
Four top bands kept the visitors dancing and entertained on Saturday evening.
Mr Good, who has been involved in this event for more than 15 years, reported that the weekend was “absolutely fantastic”.
“Although somewhat noisy, it was probably one of the best behaved crowds so far, with great music, incredible support and volunteers,” he said.
The organisers would like to thank the many volunteers and organisations for their support.
“The Apex Club is currently looking for some further projects and would be happy to hear from members of the community,” Mr Good said.
