It will be the ‘last hurrah’ before the return to school for local youngsters.

Those attending can take their own lunch or purchase food from the kiosk.

Mathoura will be celebrating the nation’s birthday next Friday and everyone is invited to attend.
It will be a breakfast function to be held in the Soldiers’ Memorial Gardens at the corner of Livingstone and Lawrence Streets.
Breakfast will be from 8am and everyone will be extended a very warm welcome by award winning Echuca-Murray Town Crier, Judy Campbell
Hosted by the Mathoura On The Map Committee, the free breakfast will include bacon, eggs, sausages and other delicious morsels
The official part of the event will get underway around 9am with special guests including an Australia Day Ambassador, Dr Cindy Pan, and Murray River Council Mayor Frank Crawley.
Australia Day Awards will be presented and an Australia Day cake will be cut and shared amongst those in attendance.

The Bunnaloo Community will be having itself a ball tomorrow night.
Organised by John Dargan, the event at the Bunnaloo Hall will feature Michael Hogan and The Rockers.
Entry to the event is $25 per person and bookings are essential.
Attendees are encouraged to take along their own drinks and nibbles to ensure it’s a good night.

The club is on the look-out for someone to join its team by coaching its under-17s side for the 2024 season.
