Tocumwal Football Netball Club will kick off the weekend with their first games of the season and first games back in the Picola League.
The Good Friday matches are played at home against Berrigan and it is set to be a great day.
Head down to the recreation reserve to support the Bloods with the football games kicking off as follows: Fourths - 9.30am; Thirds - 10.40am; Reserves - 12.30pm; Seniors - 2.05pm.
Netball: U11 and U15- 9.30am; U13 and U17- 10.40am; B-grade and C-reserves - 12pm; A and C-grades - 1.30pm.

On Saturday the Tocumwal Race Club is hosting the annual 2024 Tocumwal Gold Cup race meet.
Gates open at 11am with entry inclusive of a race book and priced at $30 per person, $20 for aged pensioners and free for under 16s.
There will be six country races, TAB and bookmaker facilities and buses to and from the event. Drinks and catering can be purchased at the event with strictly no BYO.
Town buses, sponsored by Baldwin’s Buses, will run from for free from 11.30am until 1pm with pick up points running in a loop. These are Farmers Arms Hotel, Tocumwal Police Station, Terminus Hotel, and opposite Boomerang Way Caravan Park. Services will also depart Murray Riverside Caravan Park at noon and Town Beach and Tocumwal Golf Club at 11.30am and 12.30pm.
Buses will leave the racecourse at 5pm and 5.45pm.

Sunday will then roll around with the massive Tocumwal Foreshore Market starting at 8am.

Just a reminder - due to Berrigan Shire Council regulations, the Foreshore Market is dog free.

There will be free buses running from Tocumwal to the 2024 Finley Pro Rodeo this Sunday.
Buses will depart from the Big Fish at 4pm, the entry to Pumps Beach at 4.10pm, the corner of Chinaman’s and Tuppal Rds at 4.15pm and return buses at the conclusion of the event. There is no booking required for this service.
Gates to the event open at 5pm with the action starting at 6pm. Pre-paid adult tickets are $40 or $45 on the gate, pensioners are $25, 7-17yrs are $10 and kids under 7 are free.

This Friday, Tocumwal Fire and Rescue will be collecting again for the Royal Children’s Hospital.
Sirens will be heard around town from 9.30am.

Haynes Butchery Tocumwal has donated a side of lamb to be raffled for the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
Tickets are available for purchase from the butchery - $2 each or three for $5 - with the raffle being drawn at 11.30am on Good Friday.
If the winner is unable to be contacted within 24 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
