The News visited St Brendan’s Primary School on Friday, June 14, and spoke to members of its Catholic Identity and Life Skills Leadership Team about the food drive it coordinated to donate to the St Vincent de Paul Society’s winter appeal.

“That it’s a good thing to do. To help people in need if they don’t have a proper kitchen or ways to cook food, it’s good for them because they (the non-perishable food collected) just come in cans.”
