Held across the weekend of Saturday, August 31, and Sunday, September 1, the club will hold the fourth annual edition of the tournament, which has proved incredibly popular among men and women alike in the few short years it has been running.
Last year 172 entrants played the idyllic Murray Downs 18-hole championship course, a previous winner of Victorian PGA course of the year and consistently voted in the top resort courses around Australia, currently ranked inside the top 50 at number 47.
The 36-hole Ambrose tournament has competitors play as part of a two-person team, with the competition split into both nett and gross scoring categories.
Located about two hours from Echuca, and less than 10 minutes from the centre of Swan Hill on the NSW side of the border, Murray Downs Golf and Country Club is an ideal location for any golfer in need of a getaway.
