A hard day for the Bears, going down to Katandra by 91 points.
The first quarter saw Tungamah well and truly in the contest, only trailing by five points.
The Kats gained the ascendancy in the second quarter, totalling a 23 point margin by half-time.
Once the Kats found their rhythm, it was difficult to contain Mitchell Black and Josuha Kezerle who starred, scoring five goals each.
Despite this, the backline fought tirelessly under constant pressure, showing real grit.

It might have been a warm day, but Tungamah had taken a while to warm up this week.
Katandra started the game hard and fast, and it saw the Bears trailing by a couple of goals at the end of the first quarter.
Not sure what Ryan said, but Tunga fiercely fought back into the match.
Taking full advantage of the scoring end to take control of the game, finishing the first half with a respectable lead.
The boys continued to battle it out all over the field for the remainder of the game.
Some great contests with Tungamah displaying solid defence to keep Katandra at bay.
The thirds strong marking, and ability to keep running despite the heat was a fantastic sign of determination.

Another fantastic game from the young Fourths against Katandra.
The fourths showcased skill through creating impressive passages of play.
New player Dayne Phillips made significant impact in the ruck.
The teamwork on display was outstanding, symbolised with seven different goal kickers.
The boys played the match out until the end, securing a comfortable victory on a pleasantly warm day.
